		<description>yes meditate!!! It is not coincidental that Jesus refers to us as HIS sheep.
Something very enteresting about sheep, they have four stomachs. This may sound a little gross at first but try to hang on to the end . Sheep chew their cud and then swallow it into their first stomach, when they have absorbed the first layer of nutrients  in their first stomach they bring it back up again and chew on it again. This process is repeated over and over again until all the nutrients are absorbed, then it is finally digested by the last stomach. This is how it is  to meditate on HIS word, we have to chew on it and get the surface meaning and then bring it up again and study it some more and the nutients will continue to get deeper and deeper each time.</description>
